Dr. Bouayad is an accomplished data leader, AI expert, and healthcare innovator with over 15 years of experience in AI-driven analytics, healthcare informatics, and algorithmic fairness. She serves as the Program Director for the MBA in Business Analytics at Florida International University, where she has developed leading-edge AI and data strategy curricula. Her research in data governance, AI fairness, and healthcare analytics has shaped how AI is applied in precision medicine.
Dr. Bouayad was also a Visiting Scientist at Yale University’s School of Medicine, collaborating on advanced AI applications for improving patient outcomes and healthcare data privacy. She was a co-investigator in multimillion-dollar NIH and HSR&D research initiatives, publishing groundbreaking work that enhances AI decision-making in healthcare. In addition, she has been awarded VA grants for her research in leveraging AI and machine learning to improve healthcare delivery and patient care, ensuring algorithmic fairness and data-driven medical advancements.
As CEO of Looba.ai, she has spearheaded AI-driven tools that empower medical professionals with smarter, data-driven solutions. Dr. Azhar Pasha

Dr. Azhar Pasha is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management expert with over 20 years of clinical experience. As the Founder and Director of the Pain Management Center of Meridian, he treats over 1,900 patients per month, specializing in cutting-edge pain relief solutions such as spinal cord stimulation, SIJ fusions, nerve blocks, and minimally invasive spine procedures.
Dr. Pasha's expertise extends beyond clinical practice—he has served as Chief of Anesthesiology at Baptist Anderson Medical Center and was recognized as Chief of Medical Staff at Riley Memorial Hospital. His extensive knowledge in spinal and peripheral nerve stimulators, radiofrequency ablation, and neuromodulation techniques has positioned him as a leading specialist in chronic pain management.
