A Survivor's Mission
Lina Bouayad’s journey began not as an AI expert, but as a patient searching for answers. Severe anemia led to a delayed GI referral and months of inconclusive ER visits. Her diagnosis, Stage 3 colon cancer, came far too late.
Determined to change the system, Lina now applies her expertise in AI and healthcare operations to build workflows that help patients reach the right next step sooner. Top Health AI reflects that mission: faster access, earlier action, and care that works the way it should.

Dr. Lina Bouayad
Co-Founder & CEO
Lina is an AI and healthcare analytics expert with 15+ years of experience leading work in precision medicine, clinical decision support, and responsible data use. She previously served as a Visiting Scientist at Yale School of Medicine and as an Associate Professor and Director of the MBA in AI at Florida International University.
She has led NIH and VA funded research, co founded health AI ventures, and published extensively in healthcare AI. At Top Health AI, she drives strategy, product direction, and the operational vision behind workflows that clinics can trust.
Dr. Azhar Pasha
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Azhar Pasha is a board certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain specialist with over 20 years of experience treating complex cases. He leads one of the Southeast’s highest volume pain practices and has served as Chief of Medical Staff and Director of Anesthesiology.
At Top Health AI, he anchors the clinical direction of the platform and ensures the workflows reflect how real clinics operate, with technology that supports, not replaces, provider judgment.

Chief Financial Officer
Sam brings nearly 20 years of financial leadership across real estate, automotive, and healthcare. He has overseen $500MM+ in revenue, led M&A transactions, and built scalable finance teams across high growth organizations.
